Repair Policy

Vrcom Help Inc. is not liable for any data loss or software/hardware malfunctioning after repair. We are only responsible for the problem that we fixed. The customer must check their equipment thoroughly after the repair, as we will not be responsible for any damage after the device has left the store premises. Devices must be picked up within 30 days of drop off unless otherwise stated. After this period of time, the device will be sent for recycling. Repair warranty is only for 15 days, and no warranty on misuse, physical, or liquid damage.

Wifi/Signal Issues

Unable to connect to the wifi? These problems may stem from issues with the phone’s internal components such as the wifi antenna or related hardware within the motherboard that can disrupt the wireless functionality of the phone.

Screen Replacement

Vrcom Help Inc. provides screen replacements for most iPhones, Samsung devices, iPads, and Tablets. Some repairs may be delayed due to exceptional conditions. If the device is an international model, its part may need to be ordered online, which results in a longer waiting time.
